Benje counsels domestic and multinational corporations on federal and international tax matters arising from general business operations and complex financial transactions.
Benje’s practice focuses on providing entities with a wide-ranged of contract-related services to minimize tax risk while ensuring compliance with domestic and foreign tax regulations and treaty provisions. He also advises on cross-border relationships and remote work issues, as well as taxes inolving the digital economy, and regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
Benje ’s past experience includes representing financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in state and federal courts in all phases of employment and commercial litigation.
