Doyle is a Counsel in our Atlanta office.  

Doyle counsels clients on a wide range of corporate and public company matters, from initial entity formation to going public transactions to fulfilling public company reporting requirements and corporate governance matters.

He advises publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, hedge funds and institutional investors in complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings and recapitalizations, financial and investment transactions, and public company reporting requirements, governance and securities needs.

  • Represented Sunergy, a DeSpac target company, in its pending business combination with ESGEN Acquisition Corp.
  • Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a US-based manufacturer of specialty gas compression systems used in all stages of the hydrogen energy supply chain with operations in China, Japan, South Korea and Germany.
  • Represented Essentra plc and its subsidiaries in connection with their acquisition of all of the outstanding stock of Innovative Components Inc. and its Costa Rican affiliate, Componentes Innovadores Limitada.
  • Represented subsidiaries of a leading independent fuel station and convenience retailer in the acquisition of a travel center in Pennsylvania.
  • Represented a global provider of essential components and solutions and its subsidiaries in their acquisition of all the outstanding stock of a manufacturing company and its Costa Rican affiliate.
  • Represented Channel Partners Capital in a controlling equity investment by Elliott Management Corporation and in the refinancing of existing debt with CIBC.
  • Represented EG Group in the $330 million acquisition of the Minit Mart convenience store portfolio of TravelCenters of America LLC.
  • Represented a US-based provider of mortgage and real estate market risk management solutions in connection with the sale of its European subsidiaries.
  • Represented a Fortune 500 financial services company in its outsourcing of a broad range of information technology services to two different “Tier 1” providers.
