Joshua B. Aronson, Ph.D.

Josh is a patent prosecutor who drafts patentability and infringement opinions and creates patent applications.

 

He submits to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and offices abroad. Josh primarily serves clients who are developing new products such as organic light-emitting diodes, medical and drug-delivery devices, chemical processes, high-performance materials, beverage additives, plastics, and polyester additives. For instance, he manages and prosecutes the U.S. patent portfolio of a European company that specializes in designing and manufacturing various chemical components and arrangements of organic light-emitting diodes.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Josh served as an intern with the American Pacific Corporation, working in the company’s chemical research lab on projects involving energetic molecules and polymers, which also served as research topics for his dissertation. He is registered to practice before the USPTO.
