He has more than 20 years of experience helping both developers and end-users build, finance, purchase, and lease mission-critical data centers and co-location facilities. Rob’s data center experience includes negotiating master services agreements, leases, service level agreements, meet me room agreements, facility management agreements, tax incentives, power purchase contracts, indefeasible rights of use and fiber optic cable access agreements. His data center clients include developers, hyperscalers, facility operators and end-users.
Commercial Real Estate Development and Leasing
Rob advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on office, multifamily and industrial development and leasing. His clients include Fortune 500 corporations, developers and entrepreneurs.
The geographic coverage of Rob's engagements includes most of the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Western Europe and Singapore.
- Advised T5 Data Centers on its agreement with QuadReal Property Group to launch a platform for the acquisition, development and operation of data centers for enterprise and hyperscale users.
- Advised North American Properties on the land acquisition and development of an $80 million mixed-use project connected to the popular Atlanta Beltline urban pedestrian and biking trail.
