Ted is a Partner and member of the Tax practice group.

Ted focuses his practice on state and local tax matters. He counsels clients on a wide range of state and local tax issues involving income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, gross receipts taxes, property taxes and telecommunication taxes. He represents clients in tax controversy, planning, policy and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Ted worked in New York as an associate in the state and local tax group of an international law firm.
