ATLANTA and NEW YORK—Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP is pleased to announce that three partners, Brian Barrett, Peter G. Pappas and Marc A. Rawls, were named 2016 BTI Client Service All-Stars. The annual list recognizes attorneys, who are identified as providing superior client service, via unprompted feedback from corporate counsel at some of the world’s largest organizations.
The BTI Client Service All-Star awards are the result of candid responses from in-depth, independent interviews with corporate counsel conducted by the BTI Consulting Group. Attorneys cannot lobby or self-nominate to be added to the list. BTI focuses on Fortune 1000 companies and large organizations to probe different aspects of law firm relationships, including the needs and priorities of clients and the quality of service. As announced by BTI Consulting Group, only 66 of the 650 law firms serving large organizations had more than one BTI Client Service All-Star.
“In our field, client nomination is the ultimate compliment, and it is very rewarding to know that our clients value the work of these three fine lawyers,” said Sutherland Managing Partner Mark D. Wasserman. “We are extremely proud of Brian, Peter and Marc’s intensive client-focused approach and congratulate them for receiving this tremendous award.”
