Michael Stosser will participate in a panel discussion focused on the fundamentals of energy law. Session 911, “Energy Contracting for the Non-Energy Lawyer,” will take place on Wednesday, October 30, at 9:00 a.m.
Michael Sweeney will lead a discussion among in-house counsel in the energy industry addressing best practices, lessons learned and current challenges when complying with Dodd-Frank. Session 1011, “The Cold Hard Facts (Sort Of): Managing the Implementation and Compliance Under Dodd-Frank for Companies in Energy,” will take place on Wednesday, October 30, at 11:00 a.m.
