19th Annual Ohio Tax Conference

January 28-29, 2010

Sutherland Partner Eric S. Tresh is speaking at the 19th Annual Ohio Tax Conference, January 28-29, 2010, in Columbus, Ohio. Eric is presenting on "Multistate Sales and Use Taxation of Outsourced Services With Technology Components." While budgets are being tightened and staffs are being cut, many companies find themselves outsourcing their back office and other functions. This session will address the tax complications that arise in the contracting of services that may have components of data procession, telecommunications and other taxable services.

The 19th Annual Ohio Tax Conference will provide invaluable tax management strategies, new approaches to tax incentives, and valuable information on the enormous challenges that companies face as they recover from the worst economic decline in decades. One of the features of this year’s conference will be to provide attendees with practical tips on what to expect and how to plan for business audits.
