Tax Executives Institute (TEI) Education Fund's 2005 State and Local Tax Course

Sutherland partners Jeff Friedman and Kendall Houghton participated in TEI Education Fund's 2005 State and Local Tax Course. The five-day program  explored the fundamentals of state taxation as well as the latest developments in income, franchise, and sales and use tax matters.

Jeff and Kendall's program, "Constitutional Foundations of Income and Franchise Taxation," included a discussion of developing issues for add-backs and royalty & finance companies.
