Wake Forest University Business Ethics Series

Sutherland Partner B. Scott Burton is speaking at the Wake Forest University Business Ethics Series, March 7, 2012 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During his presentation sponsored by the BB&T Center for the Study of Capitalism, Scott plans to share his perspective and experience regarding corporate ethics and how to best promote ethical activity.

A member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Scott focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, finance and securities, and the taxation of insurance companies and insurance and annuity products. He also represents insurance companies with respect to restructuring, reinsurance, financing, regulatory, and general corporate and transactional matters.
