AES has filed a complaint with the Maryland Ethics Commission, alleging that LNG Opposition Team leader Sharon Beazley’s vocal animosity toward the proposed Sparrows Point LNG terminal hinders her ability to serve as an unbiased co-chair of the state-appointed task force created to study terminal siting issues.
