The Dundalk Eagle reports that local legislation passed unanimously by the Baltimore County Council on Monday, would require LNG facilities proposed within five miles of a residential area to hold a special public hearing and obtain a permit from the County. The legislation is aimed at AES’ Sparrows Point terminal proposed for Maryland. Separately, U.S. Sen.
