Today’s World Gas Intelligence reports that its own independent analysis indicates supply shortages could prevent about a third of proposed terminals from coming online. WGI separately reports that Sempra Energy is working to secure additional long-term supply contracts for its Cameron LNG facility in Hackberry, La., which is expected to start production by late 2008.
