According to the Financial Post (Canada) (carried via LexisNexis [subscription required]), U.S. LNG imports have increased as Canadian gas production has fallen over the past year. Yet at least one analyst believes that the surge in U.S. LNG imports is a short-term phenomenon caused by relatively weak gas prices in Europe.
