The News Journal (Delaware) reports that the Supreme Court announced yesterday that New Jersey and Delaware have 45 days to challenge the ruling of the Special Master’s report filed last month in the jurisdictional dispute involving BP’s Crown Landing LNG terminal proposal. The Court is expected to hear the case after its new term begins in October.
