Jamaica’s Energy Minister was questioned by Opposition members in a parliamentary debate yesterday over the LNG agreement between Jamaica and Venezuela. When asked whether Venezuela has a liquefaction plant, Minister Phillip Paulwell responded that LNG is only one method of delivery and that gas could be delivered via pipeline or compressed gas as well.
