Citing environmental concerns, the National Marine Fisheries Service has recommended that the Maritime Administration and the U.S. Coast Guard deny the TORP LNG terminal application. The recommendation is available on Regulations.gov under Docket No. USCG-2006-24644. The Associated Press (via the Bradenton Herald) provides additional coverage.
