Residents of Clatsop County, Ore., voted yesterday to overturn a decision by the Clatsop County Board of Commissioners that would have allowed a natural gas pipeline associated with the proposed Bradwood Landing LNG terminal to cross land zoned as open spaces, parks, and recreation.
