A judge with the Clatsop County Circuit Court (Ore.) ruled Friday to allow a referendum on the Clatsop County Commission’s decision to permit a portion of the natural gas pipeline associated with the proposed Bradwood Landing LNG terminal to be constructed on land zoned for open space, parks and recreation (OPR). The Daily News (Longview, Wash.) reports that the project developer, NorthernStar Natural Gas, is considering an appeal of the ruling.
