TransCanada Corp. and Williams Cos. Inc. announced this week that they are partnering to develop a natural gas pipeline that would transport gas from Wyoming to Stanfield, Ore. The proposed pipeline, called Sunstone, would compete with two other gas pipeline projects, and may compete with three proposed LNG regasification terminals in Oregon.
