FERC requested a voluntary dismissal of its appeal of a decision in a case involving FOIA requests filed by two environmental groups regarding the planned Bradwood Landing LNG project. Last Thursday the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit granted FERC’s motion to dismiss. The order granting the motion to dismiss is available in the PACER system under Docket No. 09-35901.
