A spokesperson for Maine Governor John Baldacci (R) told the Bangor Daily News that the energy corridor proposed between Maine and New Brunswick and the planned LNG projects in Maine are not mutually exclusive. The spokesperson  said, “it would be [a] dangerous thing to hold up projects [like the energy corridor] at the expense of others [like LNG].”
