Analysts with Credit Suisse issued a report last Thursday which predicts that increased LNG imports to the United States could discourage domestic natural gas production in the short-term. According to Platts LNG Daily, the report also notes that the global LNG market could experience a significant upward price correction by 2011, which may lead to a subsequent decrease in US LNG imports.
