Last month Liberty Natural Gas, LLC submitted an application to FERC to construct the onshore portion of its natural gas pipeline system connecting to a proposed LNG deepwater port to be located offshore New Jersey. The application is available in the FERC eLibrary under Docket No. CP11-10, and today’s Federal Register provides additional information.
