Sempra: Mexican Court Revokes Order Suspending Operational Permits for Costa Azul LNG Terminal

Late last night Sempra Energy announced that a Mexican federal appeals court has revoked an order that had suspended the operational permits for the Energia Costa Azul LNG terminal. A hearing regarding the operating permits is scheduled for July 6, 2010.
