Exmar and Promigas, members of the consortium selected to develop an LNG terminal in Jamaica, are expected to begin negotiations soon with the Jamaican government. According to the Wall Street Journal, Exmar will finance and operate the LNG terminal, and Promigas will finance and operate the associated natural gas pipelines.
