A grant of more than $10,000 from the Dominion Foundation, the charitable arm of Dominion Cove Point LNG, has allowed the Southern Maryland Oyster Cultivation Society to buy 3,000 bushels of oyster shells that will be used to protect and nourish man-made reefs in Calvert County creeks.
