The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has voluntarily dismissed its petition for review filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit of FERC’s approval of the Bradwood Landing LNG project. The motion to dismiss is available in the PACER system under Docket No. 09-70770 and the Seattle Post Intelligencer provides further coverage.
