FERC has granted Southern LNG Company, L.L.C.’s request to vacate the Commission’s previous authorization to construct Phase B of the planned Elba Island LNG terminal expansion, envisioned to include an LNG storage tank and submerged combustion vaporizers. FERC’s order is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. CP06-470.
