The U.S. Coast Guard has determined that its previously issued Waterway Suitability Assessment (WSA) and Letter of Recommendation (LOR) adequately address the marine operations associated with the proposed Cove Point LNG re-export project. The Coast Guard’s determination is available in the FERC eLibrary.
