Save Passamaquoddy Bay, a local LNG opposition group, submitted a market analysis to FERC that concludes that natural gas markets in the U.S. Northeast do not require the additional gas that would be imported by the planned Downeast LNG regasification project. The analysis is available in FERC’s eLibrary under Docket No. CP07-52.
