Wagner, Jr., chief administrative law judge (ALJ) for FERC, has granted a request to continue the suspension of the Cove Point LNG rate case to allow the parties to continue their settlement negotiations until March 16, 2012. The parties must file a status report if there is no settlement in writing by the deadline. The order is available in the eLibrary under Docket No. RP11-2137.
