Frack Arguments Will Hold Water

Teri L. Donaldson, a partner in Sutherland's Energy and Environmental Practice Group, was featured in a December 2011 edition of Energy Bisnow – Houston. In "Frack Arguments Will Hold Water," Bisnow gets her take on the new hydraulic fracturing fluids disclosure rules, which were approved by the Texas Railroad Commission in early December 2011 and will be effective February 1, 2012.
