Marcellus Shale Bill Fees, Safety Guidelines Reasonable

Pennsylvania has adopted a law that outlines new fees and safety regulations related to Marcellus shale exploration and development in the state. Sutherland Partner David L. Wochner, who co-heads the Natural Gas Regulatory Team, was extensively quoted regarding this timely topic in the February 16, 2012, Rigzone article, "Marcellus Shale Bill Fees, Safety Guidelines Reasonable."
