Sutherland Attorneys David T. McIndoe, Jennifer J. Kubicek and Thomas H. Warren are leading the second webinar in the “2012 Webinar Series: Electric Cooperative Issues," being held Tuesday, September 11, 1 to 2 p.m. The series focuses on issues that electric cooperatives will want to address in different types of energy transactions relating to building, acquiring or operating energy assets.

Their presentation, titled "Current Issues in Energy Trading Agreements," will cover current topics in master agreements for physical and financial energy trading and will highlight best practices and pitfalls in negotiating ISDA, EEI and NAESB agreements. The presentation will include issues raised by new rules under the Dodd-Frank Act.
