ATLANTA (February 10, 2012) – Coming full circle, Atlanta real estate attorney Enrique R. “Quito" Anderson has returned to Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP as Counsel, effective Thursday, February 9, 2012. Upon his return, Mr. Anderson will re-join the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and focus on retail, multifamily and office development, acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition, and continue his practice as to forest products and environmental matters.

Mr. Anderson first practiced at Sutherland as a senior associate, shortly after graduating with a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2001. In 2008, Mr. Anderson left the firm to serve as a Partner and Executive Vice President at Ben Carter Properties. In that role, he was involved in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales for numerous projects, including St. Johns Town Center, Columbus Park Crossing and The Streets of Buckhead.
