In Atlanta, Ms. Franzoni concentrates her practice on the representation of lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, with an emphasis on financings for electric and telecommunication companies. Ms. Rudolph focuses her practice in the areas of accountants' and professional liability, federal and state RICO, antitrust and other complex business litigation; and Mr. Testani focuses on a variety of litigation matters, including school finance litigation, adequacy and desegregation, construction, employment and general business litigation.
In Washington, Ms. Wilson-Bilik concentrates her practice on the registration and regulation of mutual fund and insurance company securities.
In Austin, Mr. Bushee's energy practice includes natural gas transactional and regulatory matters as well as state electric rate and restructuring proceedings.
