Sutherland Represents Freepoint Commodities in Acquisition of J.P. Morgan Concentrates Business

May 3, 2012

ATLANTA, HOUSTON, NEW YORK, and WASHINGTON (May 3, 2012) – Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP advised Freepoint Commodities LLC in the negotiation of a definitive agreement to acquire J.P. As announced April 25, 2012, Freepoint will acquire 100 percent of the equity of the business from J.P. Morgan Ventures Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
