Sutherland Represents Technology Investment Capital Corporation

WASHINGTON (July 26, 2007) – Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP announces the firm recently represented Technology Investment Capital Corporation (TICC) in connection with the public offering of 1,437,500 shares of its common stock, including full exercise of the underwriters' overall allotment, for total proceeds of $22.1 million, before underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. 

TICC is a publicly traded business development company principally engaged in providing capital to small and mid-sized technology-related companies.
