Alyssa N. Walker

Alyssa Walker advises clients in various transactional matters particularly focused in the renewable energy, electric power and natural gas sectors including energy-related project development, financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Her recent work includes merger and acquisitions agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements, energy storage services agreements and energy trading agreements. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa participated in Eversheds Sutherland’s 2015 Summer Associate program. Her previous legal experience includes serving as an advanced clinician for the Community and Economic Development Clinic at the University of Michigan Law School and as a legal intern for hospital facilities, such as the General Counsel’s Office for the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of Michigan Health Systems Legal Office. Alyssa also has prior experience as an investigation intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
