Amanda is an Associate in the Corporate Finance group.
She represents clients in commercial lending, structured finance and project finance transactions.
Her experience includes advising financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions relating to acquisitions, asset-based loans, factoring and syndicated facilities, as well as providing counsel on ongoing credit agreement compliance issues.
Amanda also has experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, refinances, 1031 exchanges, and commercial leases for office, retail, and industrial spaces.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the Banking and Corporate Finance Practice of a major national law firm and worked as an associate and law clerk at a regional firm. Amanda also interned at the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida.
