Bianca Spinosa represents clients in various aspects of complex business litigation matters, with a focus on the financial services and insurance industries.
She also provides advice and guidance to a range of clients on unclaimed property matters.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Bianca served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. During law school, Bianca served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Maryland Law Review. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board. Bianca participated in the firm's 2019 Summer Associate program.
Bianca is admitted to the District of Columbia and Maryland State Bar.
