David Reid regularly advises institutional clients on the formation of joint ventures and funds to invest in asset classes including industrial, multifamily, hospitality, agribusiness and debt, and on the purchase, financing and sale of those assets.

David also works with clients to develop retail and other commercial projects, assisting with equity and debt financing, development and management agreements, recorded covenants and easement agreements and leasing.

In addition, David represents mezzanine lenders and preferred equity providers in all aspects of the origination, purchase and sale of real estate mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments.  

David counsels timberland investment management organizations and other large timber investors on the full spectrum of timber transactions, including purchases and sales of large-acreage timberland and timber deeds, long-term supply agreements, management agreements and financing.  He also represents clients who invest in agriculture and agribusiness.
