Dennis Jansen represents clients in all stages of tax controversy and advises on multistate tax planning and complex transactions.
With a practice focused on state and local tax, Dennis also counsels in the areas of multistate income, property and sales and use taxes.
Dennis has expertise in municipal taxes and fees, including public utility taxes, restaurant taxes, and public improvement fees (PIFs). His previous experience includes working as an engagement manager for Thomson Reuters and an editor at The Dallas Morning News.
Dennis is admitted to the District of Columbia and the State Bar of Texas. His work is supervised by Illinois Bar members.
