E. Keith Emanuel is a commercial litigator, focusing on complex business litigation. She works largely in the energy utility and automotive industries and focuses on labor and employment matters. Keith has appeared in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and has defended against putative class actions.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Keith participated in the firm’s 2015 Summer Associate program. In law school, she participated in the University of Georgia’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she represented a prisoner seeking habeas corpus and presented oral argument to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
