Jennifer counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters.
These include the registration of trademarks and copyrights, intellectual property transactions and licensing, and portfolio analysis and management. She also assists clients with the enforcement of intellectual property rights through litigation in state and federal courts.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Jennifer worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama where she drafted judicial opinions on issues, including bankruptcy, tort law, and Social Security eligibility. In 2020, she participated as an Eversheds Sutherland Summer Associate.
