Jessica's practice is focused on secured and unsecured commercial finance and corporate lending, with particular experience in regulated telecommuncations, cannabis finance and acquisition finance.
Jessica has 15 years of experience advising both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions. She has particular experience with deals in the regulated telecommunications and cannabis industries, as well as private equity financing and acquisition financing.
Jessica's experience includes senior, subordinated and mezzanine financings, private equity lending and note offerings. Jessica she represents both lenders and borrowers through all aspects of structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions. Her approach is practical and business-oriented, and she getting to know clients and their business, and helping them achieve their long-term financing goals.
