Jocelyn Weinstein advises clients on an array of construction, business and commercial litigation issues including dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation, claim assessment and avoidance, and industrial and commercial projects. Jocelyn has litigated a wide range of construction and commercial disputes in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of New York, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Jocelyn was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, as well as at a boutique commercial litigation firm.
