Kathy has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, development and redevelopment, and acquisitions and dispositions.

She represents developers, landlords and tenants regarding retail, mixed-use, office, warehouse and industrial projects. Her experience spans a variety of developments, including adaptive reuse, urban in-fill, transportation-oriented development, and big box, outparcel, and large office and industrial leases.
