Kristin Cleare advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Kristin also advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues affecting payment systems.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland as an associate, Kristin participated in the firm’s 2014 Summer Associate program.
